Exhibitor Showcases are a 50 minute workshop style session that allows an Exhibitor to present their service(s) or product(s) commercial style.
The showcase takes place in a workshop room.
AzCASE does not guarantee attendee headcount.
Exhibitor Showcases may request a certain table/chair layout but are not guaranteed to receive it.
All Exhibitor Showcases will include basic A/V equipment: screen, & projector; Workshop monitor. Only 1 Exhibitor Showcase per session.
