Ticket Purchase: Purchasing business or organization is responsible for and agrees to pay for all tickets purchased by any member of their staff regardless of how many tickets are used. AzCASE’s expenditures are based on ticket sales. All ticket sales are liable for all related fees, including payments that have not yet been received by AzCASE. All outstanding invoices owed to AzCASE must be paid in full to gain admittance to conference. Please note invoices not paid in full after 60 days from invoice date will be subject to a 3% late fee assessed for each 30 days the payment is late. Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing via email to <a href="mailto:info@azafterschool.org" style="box-sizing: inherit;">info@azafterschool.org</a>. Cancellations made in writing 30 days or more prior to the conference are eligible for a refund. All cancellations 29 days or less prior to conference, including no-shows, are non-refundable. All refunds, if given, will be less any monies spent by AzCASE to fulfill Registrant’s conference needs up to cancellation date. All ticket sales for individuals or organizations are liable for all related fees, including payments that have not yet been received by AzCASE at the time of cancellation. We are unable to make exceptions for emergencies. Please note that refund checks will be issued after completion of the conference. <o:p style="box-sizing: inherit;"></o:p>DES Coupon Code Purchases: All tickets in which a DES coupon code was used to purchase must attend the conference. Attendee substitutions are permitted. If the ticket goes unused, the purchasing organization will be invoiced for the full ticket price prior to the coupon code discount being applied. Compliance with this policy is required under DES guidelines and is non-negotiable.Ticket Substitutions: All name changes/attendee substitutions must be finalized in the registration portal no later than 24 hours after the close of registration. Not doing so may result in additional registration fees, inaccurate name badges, and/or inaccurate or missing lunch orders. We are unable to make exceptions for emergencies 24 hours after the close of registration.<o:p style="box-sizing: inherit;"></o:p>Ticket Assignment: Tickets must be assigned to an attendee within 24 hours after the close of registration and contain a unique and valid email address. Tickets may not share an email address assigned to it. Tickets that are not assigned to a unique email address within 24 hours after the close of registration will be cancelled and not valid for entry.<o:p style="box-sizing: inherit;"></o:p>Attendee Registration: Each attendee is responsible for completing their registration profile form no later than 24 hours after the close of registration (traditionally October 7). This registration profile has a unique link per purchased ticket/attendee and is sent via email to the attendee once the ticket is assigned to that attendee. The same link cannot be used for more than 1 attendee.<o:p style="box-sizing: inherit;"></o:p>Proof of completion for each workshop attended is available, it is the responsibility of the Registrant to pick up the workshop sticker at the end of each workshop attended. Stickers will not be handed out post workshop/conference. It is the responsibility of the Registrant to adhere each of their workshop stickers to the certificate in the back of the printed conference program.<o:p style="box-sizing: inherit;"></o:p>Photo Release: Please be aware that photographs may be taken of conference attendees during their participation in the conference. Attending the conference, you grant Arizona Center  for  Afterschool Excellence  the  right  to  photograph  you or the attendee  and  to  use  your/attendee's  likeness,  without  compensation, in any  publicity  or promotional publications (e.g. website, social media, programs, brochures, etc.), and you release Arizona Center for Afterschool Excellence from all liability in connection therein. To opt out of photo release, please submit the request in writing and send to <a href="mailto:info@azafterschool.org" target="_blank" style="box-sizing: inherit;">info@azafterschool.org</a>.
